Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive, inspect, and confirm the returned items meet our return standards, we will initiate the official refund procedure immediately. All approved refunds will be fully processed and credited back to the customer’s original payment method within our standard refund processing cycle.
Please note that individual bank processing delays may cause a slight difference in the actual arrival time of the refund, which is beyond our control. We will complete all internal refund operations within the specified time frame for all qualified orders.
Return & Refund Fee Rules
For valid returns caused by product quality problems, shipping errors, or our official responsibility, we will bear the relevant return costs without charging any additional fees from customers. Combined with our global shipping service rules, all valid after-sales services will not bring any extra economic burden to customers.
All tariffs, customs fees, and shipping fees prepaid by our store will not be deducted from customer refunds for eligible refund orders.
Non-Refundable Situations
To ensure standardized and fair after-sales management, the following situations do not support refund applications: products damaged due to artificial misuse, disassembled or modified products, missing original packaging and accessories, severely worn products after long-term use, and return applications exceeding the valid return cycle.
Custom personalized products that cannot be resold are also not eligible for unconditional return and refund services unless there are quality defects confirmed by our official inspection.
Partial Refund Rules
For orders with multiple items, customers can apply for partial return and refund for single eligible products. We will calculate the refund amount according to the actual unit price of the product and complete the refund settlement in accordance with official procedures.
Failed & Cancelled Order Refunds
